It's all metal and are very solid and well built. Conclusion Almost a textbook example of the old Russian lenses. Good sharpness, renders well and bokeh looks great. You do have some soft corners wide open but not too bad. And it has not very good coating so it's quite prone to flare. So taking pictures in backlight can be a problem unless you are after this effect. Overall a great lens and also one that looks great.
