Nice and sharp even wide open and next to no cornersoftness. Digital Pictures taken with a Canon 500D at ISO100 and I used a M42 to Canon mount adapter f/6.3 - f/8 - f/11 - f/16 - f/22 - f/32 Bokeh Filming Build quality Really solid and great built. Conclusion Not that great sharpness but renders quite nice with okay contrast and nice bokeh. On the other hand this is a light and not all that big for a 400mm lens. But biggest aperture is also f/6.3 which is not all that impressive. These are also usually found very cheap so you still get some value for the money. Thumbs up: Size and weight Build quality 12 bladed aperture Thumbs down: Image sharpness F/6.3 Want to help
